Detailed Description

Do your students have trouble understanding the difference between plural and possessive nouns? This will be a great worksheet for you. Students will have to decide if the nouns are plural or possessive. This has two different activities to help your students. The first activity is filling in the blank with the correct possessive spelling of the word and figuring out if it's plural or possessive. The second activity is taking a statement sentence and turning it into a possessive sentence. This is great practice for students to work on identifying possessive nouns and working on their sentence writing skills. If you like this worksheet or would like more like it that have to do with grammar, please see my EdHero page for more.
